Job Responsibilities
The Lead Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex drivability and electrical systems, while utilizing leadership and mentoring skills to drive a team toward increased customer satisfaction.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience, completion of a vocational-technical school program in a related field, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessments.
ASE certification in at least 5 (five) of A1-A8 is required, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people and possess reading, writing, and math skills.
