Position Summary
We’re currently looking for a Sr. Digital Media Specialist, Paid Social to join our Bridgestone West Digital Marketing team.

This role will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital advertising strategies across the entire product and brand portfolio, creating cross-channel media plans that address both strategic and tactical aspects. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in planning and executing digital campaigns within Social Media platforms, along with strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, leveraging consumer insights, data, and platform performance to inform integrated omnichannel plans.
Note: This is a remote role , no relocation required.
Responsibilities
Job functions Include but are not limited to: Translate business goals and marketing objectives into effective paid social campaigns.
Advise on partner/platform strategies and allocate investments across targeted audiences based on project and campaign briefs.
Review, provide input on, and act upon campaign results and analytics, demonstrating the effectiveness of media optimization and articulating insights based on analytic data.
Manage internal and external relationships while planning and executing media campaigns across multiple social platforms.
Understand and implement upper funnel (brand messaging), mid funnel (traffic drivers) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics in-platform.
Develop & Maintain platform budgets and advise on forecasting for media planning.
2-4 years of Digital Media Planning, Buying, and Management experience in progressive levels of responsibility
Experience and responsibility managing campaign budgets.
Extensive expertise in paid social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services industry
Digital Marketing/Paid Social Platform Certifications are a plus!
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
