Job Overview
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for providing financial leadership and direction to the Original Equipment (OE) Business in the region BS-LAN (Mexico, Costa Rica & Colombia). This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and organize the annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting processes for LAN, including matrix leadership of FP&A planning activities in country.
- Partner with the LAN, LA, and Corporate OE Management team to provide expert recommendations based on sound evaluation and analysis on all relevant projects and decisions.
- Direct and act as local point of contact for Corporate Financial functions to ensure the correct communication of corporate FP&A guidelines, assumptions, and requests to LAN.
- Complete the monthly LAN consolidated management reporting and FP&A deliverables.
Requirements
- MBA preferred, undergraduate degree in business, economics, or engineering.
- Spanish/English must have (advanced level).
- Strong leadership competencies with a focus on developing others and modeling positive behaviors.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and progressive professional advancement.
- Strong influencing and project management skills.
- Business and financial acumen, good full financial statement knowledge, and good knowledge of standard financial tools (SAP, BI, Excel, etc).
