About the Role:
The FP&A Manager is a key position within Bridgestone Mexico, responsible for providing leadership and direction to the financial activities of the Original Equipment (OE) Business in the region. This includes ownership and coordination of the BS-LAN FP&A Process, as well as direct support to the Regional President and Functional Regional Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through ownership of business objectives and financial plans
- Partner with the LAN, LA, and Corporate OE Management team to provide expert recommendations
- Lead and organize annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting processes for LAN
- Develop a solid end-to-end understanding of the OE business
- Evaluate and advise on external business conditions and assessment of financial implications
Requirements:
- MBA preferred, undergrad in business, economics, or engineering
- Spanish/English fluency at an advanced level
- Strong leadership competencies with a focus on developing others
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and progressive professional advancement
- Business and financial acumen
