The LAN FP&A Manager has dual responsibility for providing leadership and directing the financial activities for the Original Equipment (OE) Business in the BS-LAN region. This leader must inspire, challenge and influence the organization in all aspects of Bridgestone businesses.

- Develop talent to lead a high performing, highly motivated finance team.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the region, partnering with the OE Business Team and the Country Finance teams to deliver sustainable business results in the OE Business.
This includes delivering results through the ownership of business objectives and financial plans (P&L and working capital accounts in scope), leading and organizing the annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting processes, and developing a solid end to end understanding of the OE business.
