Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Interact directly with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized solutions tailored to their unique situations.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and professional relationship at all times.
- Policy Management: Oversee existing policies, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction through regular reviews and updates.
- Sales Growth: Actively pursue new sales opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling additional services to existing clients.
- Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and facilitation for rapid resolution.
- Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and product offerings to deliver informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold an active Nevada Property & Casualty License. Life and Health License is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related field is required.
