Page Flow Specialist - Studio BTM

BridgeTower Media is seeking a Page Flow Specialist for the production and creative department, StudioBTM.

StudioBTM is the shared-service department responsible for nearly all creative work produced by BridgeTower properties. This department provides various design and production services to editorial, marketing, sales, circulation, and event teams. Additionally, we provide custom publishing services and co-branded digital products for our properties' clients and partners.

The Page Flow Specialist plays an essential role in the Digital Production team by supporting the seamless execution of multimedia projects, focusing on various production and administrative tasks. This role encompasses assisting with webinar production, providing technical support, managing WordPress updates, aiding in production reports, coordinating appointment calendars, maintaining archives and libraries, and facilitating asset gathering for the team.

This role offers an entry-level opportunity to contribute to the creation of engaging multimedia content. This position involves a blend of technical support, administrative tasks, and coordination within a dynamic team, making it an ideal starting point for individuals passionate about multimedia production and eager to grow within the field.

This is a hybrid, full-time position connected to our St. Louis office. The candidate must be based in the St. Louis, MO area and report to the office two days per week.

Duties Responsibilities:

• Provide webinar production services, ensuring a smooth experience for panelists and attendees.
• Post content to WordPress and routine updates to event elements.
• Aid in preparing production reports, compiling data, and assisting with documentation.
• Coordinate appointment calendars, and schedule production meetings.
• Contribute to the organization and management of archives and libraries for multimedia assets.
• Assist in gathering and organizing digital assets, including images, videos, and other media.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project coordination.
• Help maintain accurate records of project activities, progress, and milestones.
• Support the team in various administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.

Skills Requirements:

• Familiarity with webinar platforms and technical troubleshooting
• Proficiency in WordPress for content posting and updates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
• Effective communication and collaboration within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Multimedia or related field preferred)
• Proficiency in WordPress or similar content management systems
• Basic understanding of webinar platforms and technical troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Familiarity with digital asset management tools and archiving practices
• Prior experience in multimedia production or related roles is a plus
• Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down
