Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Remote work on Fridays)

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience

Bridgetown Dental specializes in advanced care such as sleep apnea, TMD treatment, and obstructive sleep disorders. We offer an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in this advanced field of dentistry, and we're looking for a skilled Office Manager to learn and grow alongside the team they lead.
Position Overview:
The Office Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the practice. You'll be responsible for managing patient scheduling, insurance billing, staff coordination, treatment planning, and ensuring a smooth-running office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our billing specialist on insurance billing and collections
- Insurance verification
- Staff management and coordination
- Treatment plan creation and presentation
- Financial plan creation and presentation
- Referral tracking and chart management
- Online appointment management
- Clinical schedule oversight and management
- General office administration (ordering supplies, managing office flow)
- Ensuring excellent patient care and communication
- Managing office systems and improving efficiencies
- Manage lab case submissions and deliveries
- Manage vendor relationships and opportunities for the team to take CE
- provide training as needed to new and existing employees
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a dental office (strongly preferred)
- Background as a Dental Assistant with X-ray certification is a plus (but not required)
- Eaglesoft software knowledge is preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with office management software and digital tools
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- High energy, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Previous experience managing or leading a team in a small office environment
