Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the operations of the office, its associates, and ensuring that we exceed our patients' expectations. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and efficient environment, managing multiple tasks, and driving the growth of the business through excellent leadership and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations.
- Lead a team of associates and providing continuous training and guidance.
- Ensure all associates are effectively executing their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and maintain office efficiency, making sure tasks are completed promptly and accurately and exceeds patient expectations.
- Drive business growth by maintaining a high standard of customer service, fostering repeat business, and helping to attract new patients.
- Handle administrative duties such as staffing, handling various reports, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed by all associates.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Handle complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Aid where and when needed for any department/position at any given time.
Qualifications:
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the optometry or healthcare field is a big plus, but not required.
