Sales Representative (Salary is commensurate with experience, plus commission)

Bridgetown Window & Door is a high-quality window and door replacement company experiencing continued growth. Our customer feedback is consistent – the Bridgetown team delivers top notch products, service and customer satisfaction. We are looking for the right person to join our sales team who has a passion for windows and doors, working on older homes and providing the highest quality customer service.

In Home Sales Representative

· Meets customers in their homes to review window and door replacement solutions.

· Bridgetown provides leads and we'll set most appointments for you.

· Prepares project specifications, quotes and sends proposal to customer.

· Negotiates sales and finalizes orders.

· Confirms measurements, specify and orders product for all projects.

· Manages project details through installation with office team.

Qualifications

· At least 3 years outside sales experience selling windows, doors, or construction projects, with proven work history of being dependable, building customer relationships, and achieving sales goals.

· Skilled at measuring, quoting and ordering Marvin and Milgard windows and Simpson entry doors.

· Experience and skill at running in-home sales appointments.

· Experience and skill to build relationships, sell, and manage projects.

· Ability to work independently and as a team player.

· Ability to get the order.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage your work load.

· Appreciates how to blend design and function with "old style millwork" found in Portland's older home marketplace.

Ability to demonstrate

· Desire and skill to provide a high level of customer service.

· Professionalism and the ability to communicate well.

· Team oriented and able to work well with others.

· Eagerness to learn.

Position Requirements

· A valid driver’s license. You’ll drive your own vehicle.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and basic computer skills.

· A commitment to safety and professionalism (pre-employment drug test and background check required).

· Most appointments are weekdays, however there are some evening and weekend appointments.
