What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industry Assessment Center Technology Faculty position at BridgeValley CTC?
BridgeValley Community and Technical College invites applications for a full-time, grant-funded faculty position to support the BridgeValley Industry Assessment Center in the Division of Technology, starting in January 2025.
The responsibilities of this position include engaging with consortia partners, industry partners, and industrial advisory committees; conducting and assisting with energy assessments for industry; and consulting on the implementation of SMART and sustainable manufacturing technologies. Additional responsibilities involve the development of project-related curriculum, the creation of training and outreach materials, course instruction, the delivery of training to partner organizations, and pursuing professional development to achieve project goals.
This position is based on the South Charleston campus, however travel to both campuses may be required and teaching obligations may be on the Montgomery campus or remote/online as well as the South Charleston campus. The salary for this grant-funded position will be commensurate with education and experience.
