What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time/Adjunct Instructor for English position at BridgeValley CTC?
We are seeking adjuncts to teach sections in the following disciplines: English and Humanities. The standard rate of pay for a three credit hour course is $1,800 per semester.
Instruct credit courses by identifying learning outcomes/competencies, developing lesson plans, syllabi and curriculum which establish and communicate clear objectives for all lessons, units and projects.
Complete required recordkeeping and grade entry for assigned courses
Stay in communication with assigned Department Chair and Dean
Other duties as assigned.
· Master's degree in field; OR Master's degree with 18 completed graduate credit hours in field
Preferred
· Teaching experience
· Aptitude for using technology and innovative methods for instructional delivery
