Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and teamwork.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate shift management, including scheduling and training of new employees.
- Help maintain high standards in drink preparation and presentation.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the establishment.
- Foster a positive experience for guests by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on inventory management and ordering supplies.
