Join an automation technology company located near Portland, ME. Work onsite in a Help Desk role, taking inbound calls and routing to correct departments.
DUTIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for Help Desk calls, ensuring timely routing to the appropriate team
- Enter and update service tickets in the CRM system accurately
- Monitor and respond to Help Desk emails efficiently
- Perform data entry of contracts and maintain accurate records
- Provide backup support for front desk coverage as needed
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Perform various other duties as assigned to support the IT and customer service teams
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers
- Utilize productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage communications and scheduling
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 1 years of experience in customer service or help desk support
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and intermediate computer skills
- Strong initiative, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with local and regional business leaders, functional heads, dealers, and customers
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
