About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition. You will contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
