Reporting to the Director Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a vital role in driving key marketing initiatives that support the bank's strategic goals. This role involves managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM insights to inform decision making, and creating impactful marketing content to engage our audience. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with Bridgewater's Product team to support product marketing needs. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
The typical annual / hourly base pay range for this role is between $63,700 - $86,700. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
