We are seeking a dynamic HR Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and team leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing the HR operations team, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with business needs. In this role, you balance hands-on HR tasks with leadership responsibilities. Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, you will collaborate on defining and executing the overall HR strategy in support of organizational objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Act as a player/coach, balancing hands-on HR tasks with leadership responsibilities.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on complex HR issues and projects.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to implement employee engagement strategies that enhance morale and retention.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on complex HR issues, including change management, employee relations, and organizational design.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven expertise in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical annual/hourly base pay range for this role is between $107,000 – $135,300. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
