What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Management (Product) Implementations Specialist position at Bridgewater Bank?
We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and self-directed Treasury Management (Product) Implementation Specialist to join our Operations team in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the AVP of Client Support and Implementations, in this role, the Treasury Management (Product) Implementation Specialist is responsible for the implementation of Treasury Management products (ACH, Online Wires, Remote Scanner and Fraud Prevention, etc.), ensuring the setup is completed accurately and timely, and training is customized to meet the client’s needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the product implementation for new and existing clients regarding Treasury Management products including Commercial Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Capture, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Services, Check Positive Pay, ACH Filter and Business Bill Pay
- Setup new Treasury Management products or complete modifications to existing services on related systems, ensuring proper product usage and standards are met and maintained
- Identify product utilization best practices based on business needs and provide tailored client training on site or over the phone as needed
- Provide clients with responsive support and accurate service over the phone, via email, or in person with focus on strengthening the relationship
- Ensure all Treasury Management clients receive a positive client experience
- Provide backup assistance to general support needs
- Save appropriate documentation into Bridgewater’s internal record retention system
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all Treasury Management products system functionality
- Assist with annual reviews of Treasury Management clients and all necessary due diligence associated
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of banking or cash/treasury management related experience
- Superior customer services skills
- Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently to ensure critical deadlines are met
- Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Cash/Treasury Management products
- Knowledge of Fiserv software preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical base pay range for this role is between $55,900 - $73,500. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
