What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Infection Preventionist position at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing?
Bridgewater is looking to hire an RN to become our Infection Preventionist. This position is full time day shift with scheduling based on facility needs. The Infection Preventionist coordinates our Infection Control Program within current CDC guidelines/definitions. Daily infection control rounds, daily reporting, and coordination of resident vaccinations would be included as part of the job. Complete job description available by request.
