Position: 250010 – Business Analyst, LMS
Location: Hybrid - Johnston / Phoenix, AZ (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define learning objectives.
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for learning programs and solutions.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other learning platforms (i.e., learning experience, content management, etc.).
- Ensure technology solutions are effectively integrated into the learning and development processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the learning and development team.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project timelines, goals, and progress.
- Identify potential risks to learning project timelines or outcomes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve the learning experience.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business cases, process maps, user stories, and reports
Required:
- 8 years of experience
