Location: Hybrid - San Antonio, Texas (3-4 days/week onsite)

- Diagnosing problems users encounter with asset data entry, work order creation, asset lifecycle management, integrations with other systems, and reporting within WACS.
- Providing user support:
- Answering questions, guiding users through processes, and offering training on how to effectively use WACS features to manage their assets and work orders.
- Incident management:
- Logging, prioritizing, and managing support tickets related to WACS issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
- Configuration management:
- Assisting with system configuration changes, including custom workflows, asset classifications, and data mapping to meet specific business needs.
- Data analysis and reporting:
- Helping users interpret data within WACS to identify trends, analyze asset performance, and generate reports for decision-making.
- System updates and upgrades:
- Supporting the implementation of new WACS versions, providing guidance on updates, and addressing any compatibility issues.
Required
- 2-3 years of experience
- Expertise in Oracle WACS:
- Deep understanding of the WACS functionalities, including asset management, work order management, maintenance planning, and reporting features.
- Technical proficiency:
- Familiarity with database concepts, system integrations, and troubleshooting techniques within a cloud environment.
- Customer service skills:
