Bridgewater Retirement Community (BRC) believes in serving our greater community by providing certification classes at no cost.
These courses are offered to individuals who are eligible for employment and have a desire to work at BRC. Eligible candidates will be paid to attend the classes, along with access to over 100 benefit/perks, and a long-term career.
BRC is a teaching campus and we want our team members to achieve their highest level of training they desire. We offer pathways with financial support to continue clinical training.
Classroom and clinical instruction are based upon regulations governed by the Virginia Board of Nursing.
