What are the responsibilities and job description for the FAMILY PARTNERSHIP CONSULTANT/BCBA position at Bridgeway Academy?
Job Summary:
Bridgeway Therapy Center is seeking a full-time Family Partnership Consultant who will provide support and consultation for families of clients currently attending Bridgeway Academy and/or Therapy Center in both home and community settings. The purpose of this role is to train families in the effective and practical use of applied behavior analysis in the natural environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Write and modify treatment plans, behavior plans, crisis plans and support plans for FPS clients.
2.Assist and train families and caregivers in the practical application of applied behavior analysis in the natural environment.
3.Generate progress reports for FPS Families.
4.Develop and model skill acquisition plans that will assist parents and caregivers in learning to teach functional skills within the home, classroom or community.
5.Keep detailed records of clients, service locations, visit notes and productivity.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or Behavior Analysis is required.
- Must already possess, or be working toward credentials to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience providing ABA-based services in a therapeutic or clinical setting is preferred.
