Salary: $200/hr *****$5k Sign-on Bonus*****
Location: Multiple locations including Warren/Hunterdon, Somerset, Union, Hudson, Bergen and Passaic Counties
Work hours: Up to 28 hour per week (flexible scheduling)

Position Overview:
- Provision of community-based psychiatric care as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- After hours coverage for psychiatric emergencies
- Face-to-face preferred, telehealth as an option
- Participation in consultations with medical doctors/specialists/other providers on behalf of the people served
- Participation in treatment team meetings, clinical and medical consultations
- Required attendance at one daily triage meeting per week where the entire caseload is reviewed
- Each PACT team includes approximately 9 multi-disciplinary staff including a co-occurring specialist, 2 RNs, and licensed clinical staff
- Regular meetings with agency medical director
- Board-certified/eligible psychiatrist, licensed to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey
- 5 years’ experience practicing medicine preferred
