Work hours: Full time- 40 hours’ weekly
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As part of a multi-disciplinary, core services team, provides on-site direct recovery oriented services and case management to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health or co-occurring disorder inclusive of substance abuse and/or medical disorders. This position provides individual and group recovery focused interventions and case management linkage to a vast array of community service providers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- AA in a social service discipline
- Two years post degree experience providing case management services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre-existing mental health disorder, psychiatric rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Must have lived experiences with mental health or co-occurring disorders, CPRP preferred, veterans given preference
- Valid driver’s license required
