Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Claims Analyst Manager to join our team at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and driving cost containment solution opportunities for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial outreach to spark interest, pitching the potential benefits of our cost containment solution
- Provide consultation and savings analysis of claims data for customers with a focus on out-of-network (OON) claims
- Analyze savings opportunities by reviewing claims history, contract terms, No Surprises Act implications, claims editing, and payment accuracy and trends
Requirements
- 10 years' experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare claims
- Health claims processing knowledge; preferably with out-of-network claims, medical billing, and cost containment strategies (837, EDI)
