POSITION: Certified Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Project Director
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time (FT)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is excited to invite qualified candidates to apply for the role of Certified Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Project Director that will work with a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive community-Based services for individuals. The CCBHC Project Director is responsible for the implementation, coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and scope. Overseeing all aspects of the CCBHC project, coordinating responsibilities, and deadlines. Monitoring and summarizing progress to prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the CCBHC project. The CCBHC Project Director will also be responsible for researching and applying for grants that aide sustainability of BCI.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral healthcare, or related field and four (4) years related experience. Behavioral health experience preferred.
Further minimum requirements include:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Ability to work with a team

Healthcare Administration (AHCA) Medicaid and Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Level II background check, drug screen, and a Tuberculosis (TB) test. Applicant must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and have a valid Florida Driver’s License with no more than three (3) points on their driving record to be insured under BCI’s automobile insurance policy.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Some of the job tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinate with community partners and BCI service departments to implement CCBHC project goals and objectives;
· Ensure ongoing compliance with all CCBHC criteria;
· Coordinate with partners to develop/update plans for delivery of services and monitor;
· Develop Community Needs Assessment accordance with required criteria;
· Coordinate with IT and Evaluator to finalize data collection protocols, ensure data integrity, monitor data collection in accordance with SAMHSA grant;
· Prepare CCBHC project and grant reports in accordance with grant agreement and other reporting requirements, work with Project Evaluator on reporting
· Other related tasks as required, and/or requested

WORK LOCATION: Primary Work Location – Fort Walton Beach (FWB) / Travel to Crestview (CV) is required as needed
WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
WAGE: The wage for this position is $33.65 per hour.
