PRIMARY PURPOSE
Bridgeway Community Health is seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead and manage the organization's information technology operations. This role is critical in overseeing the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, driving the transition to a cloud-based infrastructure, and managing data collection and business intelligence tools. The IT Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure that technology systems support clinical and administrative needs and efficiently, securely, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR) MANAGEMENT
- Serves as the primary administrator for the EHR system, ensuring system integrity, security, and compliance with HIPPA and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to optimize workflows and improve the user experience within the EHR. Coordinates system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user training.

CLOUD MIGRATION & INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
- Leads the planning and implementation of the organization's transition to a cloud-based IT environment.
- Assesses current infrastructure, identify migration priorities, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ensures business continuity, data security, and cost-efficiency throughout and after the migration process.
DATA & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE OVERSIGHT
- Manages and supports data collection systems, analytics platforms, and business intelligence tools to support program evaluation, quality improvement, and grant reporting.
- Collaborates with leadership to develop data dashboards and ensure accurate, actionable reporting.
- Ensures proper data governance practices are followed.
IT OPERATIONS & SUPPORT

Oversees day-to-day IT operations, including helpdesk functions, hardware and software inventory, system backups, and
network security. - Manages vendor relationships and negotiates IT service contracts.
- Develops and implements IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
SUPERVISION & OPERATIONAL PLANNING
- Provides strategic operational guidance to leadership on technology trends and opportunities.
- Participates in organizational planning processes to align technology initiatives with programs and operational goals.
- Supervises IT support staff
- Partners and collaborates with external vendors and consultants as appropriate.
OTHER DUTIES
- Performs other IT related duties as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience, Education, and Credentials

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA,
Microsoft, AWS, etc.) preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting strongly preferred.
- Proficient in managing EHR systems (experience with Qualifacts Carelogic a plus).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of HIPPA compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Must successfully pass criminal background checks.

COMPENSATION
- Will vary depending on experience and credential.
- An additional stipend is available for employees who are Spanish/English bilingual fluent.
