About the Role:
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at Bridgeway Partners. You will work closely with leadership, assisting in process optimization, vendor management, office administration, and hiring initiatives. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and streamline internal operations will directly contribute to the company’s overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in office workflows and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
- Office Management: Oversee administrative functions, maintain office supplies, and ensure a well-organized, productive work environment.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships with office vendors, negotiate contracts, and optimize services for cost-effectiveness.
- Hiring & Onboarding Support: Assist with hiring initiatives, including coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining recruitment-related documentation.
- Process & System Improvements: Evaluate and refine internal systems to streamline business operations and enhance productivity.
- Team & Leadership Support: Provide operational support to the leadership team, including scheduling, reporting, and special project coordination.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years in business operations, office management, administrative coordination, or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using business software and tools to manage workflows and improve efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
