EXPERIENCED ADVERTISING, MARKETING & PROMOTIONS SENIOR ATTORNEY
Our client, a leading international AmLaw 50 firm, recognized for its dynamic culture, dedication to client service, and commitment to diversity and inclusion, is seeking a highly-qualified Senior Attorney to support its nationally-recognized Advertising, Marketing & Promotions practice. This is a non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Active Washington state bar license preferred, but not required.
- Substantive experience in advertising law, consumer protection law, and marketing transactions .
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating marketing-related agreements, reviewing ad copy for compliance issues, and counseling on advertising best practices.
- Experience counseling on compliance for contests and sweepstakes; guidance on pricing advertisements and recurring subscription models; and providing advice on loyalty and rewards programs .
- Experience with false advertising, unfair competition, and National Advertising Division dispute work is a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials and outstanding legal writing and communication skills.
- Experience in a large or medium law firm setting is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a group and strong attention to detail.
- Candidates interested in being located in the Pacific Northwest are preferred but not required.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary ranging from $180,000 to $205,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. The firm will consider a fully remote working arrangement for this role, although a hybrid working environment is preferred.
