Our client, a top-tier AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team in Silicon Valley San Francisco Santa Monica New York Seattle , or Washington, DC . This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, including strategic acquisitions for industry leaders and successful exits for emerging unicorns.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction , or eligibility to sit for / waive into the next bar exam.
- 3–5 years of substantive experience in M&A at a leading corporate law firm
- Strong deal execution experience, including due diligence, negotiations, and drafting transaction documents.
- Ability to manage complex transactions and work effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
- Experience or interest in working with technology and life sciences companies is a plus
