A premier legal team is seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) to join its cyber / data privacy litigation and regulatory investigations practice .
Position Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions involving privacy and data security issues
- Defend companies in data privacy and security class actions , including matters related to consumer protection laws and data breach litigation
- Advise clients on compliance with evolving data protection laws and enforcement trends
- Engage directly with clients, regulatory agencies, and opposing counsel on privacy and cybersecurity matters
- Work on high-profile cases involving state AGs, the FTC, and other regulatory bodies
