Salary : Director : $60,000 - $80,000
Location : Union, NJ
Work hours : Full time - 40 hours weekly
POSITION OVERVIEW :
Under the direction of the President & CEO and in collaboration with the Board of Trustees and Leadership staff, plans, organizes, manages, and directs all marketing, communications, and public relations for Bridgeway.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years’ progressive nonprofit work experience with a minimum of four years’ experience in nonprofit marketing / public relations / fundraising / communication.
- Valid driver’s license required with no more than one moving violation within the past 12 months.
