Job description
Bridgewealth Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a talented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an ideal position for someone who is a fast learner, organized, detail oriented, and process focused. The successful candidate will support Financial Advisors in servicing client relationships and various operational & planning projects.
Qualifications
· Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors both in person and over the phone, creating a positive and professional first impression
- A self-starter who can work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to focus on details
- Ability to multitask and stay focused
- Dedication to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to pass background check prior to employment. Fingerprinting required by industry regulations
- Minimum – 1-3 years of experience in office or customer service environment
· High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will support Financial Advisors in servicing client relationships and various operational & planning projects
- Serve as a secondary client service contact for existing clients and respond to their inquiries
- Maintaining advisor calendar and meetings scheduling
- Perform new client onboarding procedure
- Prepare appropriate account establishment documents, transfer forms and other necessary documents for new and existing clients
- Answer client phone calls and assist them in account management services
- Provide operational support to team
- Support new business development and existing business activities
- Ownership of assigned tasks, and critical thinking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
