What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trader position at Bridgewell Resources Group LLC?
Bridgewell Mats is looking for a hungry sales professional that would like to take their personal earnings and professional satisfaction to the next level. Bridgewell Mats provides products and services all over the country in a variety of verticals and would like to interview individuals that are comfortable challenging themselves and the marketplace in order to land and expand new business. This job takes being on the phone for most of the day to prospect, qualify, close, and execute business. Sales activities need to be constant and consistent to be successful. A Bridgewell Trader needs to develop an informed yet intuitive sense of both the supply and demand side of the market. This is not an hourly position and therefore, any Trader hired may have to respond with the market at odd hours, during weekends, or holidays. If you are a serious salesperson, you would already know that.
An ideal candidate is sketched below:
- Have a minimum of 2 years of B2B inside sales experience
- Comfortable making frequent and continuing outbound phone calls on a daily basis
- Comfortable in all phases of the sales cycle
- Be teachable and curious
- Experience with SFDC or another CRM platform
- Communicate clearly and reliably with team
- Basic Math skills needed to understand and develop pricing and logistical needs
- Comfortable with Microsoft office (outlook, excel, ect.)
- Willing to travel when necessary to meet clients or vendors.
- A previous exposure to the construction industry is not all needed.
