Bilingual Assembly Lead

We are looking for Bilingual Assembly Leads for Mon - Sat from 2pm to 10pm or Mon- Sat 6pm - 2:30am in the North Fort Worth area, in a manufacturing environment. This role will oversee production employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment, ensuring smooth operations while meeting production goals. Hours: Mon - Sat from 2pm to 10pm or Mon- Sat 6pm - 2:30am

Pay: $21 - $23/hr. (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate job expectations and provide feedback to team members.
• Train, coach, and counsel employees, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain workflow per the Production Tracker and Shipping Schedule.
• Interface with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Recommend and implement improvements in production methods, equipment, and procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions and suggest changes to increase efficiency.
• Maintain production records, schedules, and reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and uphold company policies.
• Oversee 4-10 employees in the Production Department during off-shifts.
• Coordinate and approve rework processes while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with Senior Leads and Supervisors on corrective actions and training.
  
  

Requirements

• 1 years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish – written, oral, and verbal.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, reach, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Proven experience leading teams in a production environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Work environment includes exposure to moving machinery, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. Noise levels are typically loud.
