We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist in Muenster, TX. This individual will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining seamless communication. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the movement of inventory items, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Receive incoming products, verify accuracy, and update inventory records accordingly.
- Manage the documentation related to inventory transfers, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Generate and close work orders as needed for inventory-related tasks.
- Record and document all inventory transfers.
- Conduct physical counts of inventory items to reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper labeling of products and inventory locations for easy identification.
- Utilize equipment such as scan guns and tablets for efficient inventory management.
- Work proficiently with the ERP system, to update and maintain accurate inventory data.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with using scan guns, tablets, and other inventory management tools
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
