BridgeWorks is hiring a Residential House Manager, 1st shift $17.00 in the Pickens area
- Coordinate and direct the orientation, supervision and evaluation of all staff with-in the assigned facility
- Valid SC drivers license with a good driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be professional
- Work well individually and as a team member
- Adhere to disabilities training and additional training as needed
- Responsive to all health and safety issues
- Responsible to overall operation of a Community Training Home, working directly with consumers, families and professional consultants
- Supervises residence staff, prepares annual evaluation for each staff, maintaining work schedules for employees and monitor staff timecards
