Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bindery Associate to join our B Shift (3 : 30 PM to 2 : 00 AM). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the finishing and binding processes of printed materials, ensuring that each product meets the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate bindery equipment such as folding, cutting, and shrink wrap machines.
• Assist with the setup and adjustments of bindery machines to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect printed materials for defects or issues and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform quality checks throughout the bindery process to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Keep track of materials and inventory used during the bindery process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
• Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines.
