Job Description:
BridgeWorks is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Offline Associate to join our printing department. This position involves offline processes, including preparing, handling, and managing printing materials to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed products for diagnostic devices and procedure packs.
$17.00/per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate offline printing equipment for the production of diagnostic devices and procedure packs.
- Prepare printing materials, such as filter paper, and verify that they meet quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage inventory of printing supplies and materials.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and clean printing equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Document production activities and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and work in compliance with company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in printing or manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
