About the Position: Registered Behavior Technician
Bridging Differences ABA is looking for reliable, professional, fun, and energetic individuals who share our passion of serving and helping families to fill current Behavior Technician openings. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 in-home ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be working directly with children to teach and implement a variety of skills, including self-help, communication, play, and social skills. We are seeking both certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as well as uncertified individuals looking to enter the ABA field. Courses and training to obtain your RBT certification are provided within the first 3 months.
Hours may vary (e.g.,15 minimum - 35 maximum per week) and travel is required. We offer initial paid training, ongoing supervision & training, and constant upskilling. BDABA BCBAs work in both 2-Tier and 3-Tier service models; managing mid-level Behavior Specialists and providing supervision hours as needed. Position Requirements:
- Enjoys working with children and adolescents
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a verifiable High School Diploma/G. E. D. at a minimum; Bachelor’s Degree, or near completion of a Bachelor’s degree preferred*
- Resume, cover letter, and list of references required
- Valid Driver's License Car Insurance
- Background Check Clearance
- Physical Health Screening: Must be physically able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and sitting (likely at a smaller, child size table), have the ability to move and carry up to 40lbs, and react quickly if necessary (e.g., run after a child)
- Complete submission of required documents (i.e., vaccination verification (e.g., MMR), TB clearance, auto insurance) prior to first day of work.
- RBT, ABAT, or BCAT Certification preferred. If certified, proof of certification is required upon hire. If the candidate is un-certified, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment. BDABA provides the coursework and upon passing, reimbursement of certification application and exam costs.

Work Location:
- We currently provide ABA services to families in El Dorado, Sacramento, Amador, Nevada, and Placer counties.
Availability needed:
- Monday through Friday flexibility with hours 2pm -7pm, (3-4 hours shifts)
- Saturdays not required but we are open to see clients 8am- 7:00pm
