We work as direct care staff in a 1-1 setting. We anticipate that our staff are able to provide professional, compassionate support to our individuals and their families. RBT, BCaBA and Behavior technicians are strongly encouraged to apply. Our pay rate is based off of experience and college education. We do offer a competitive wage.

We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist / LCSW to join our passionate team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality clinical services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
Position Overview : As a Clinical Specialist / Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting senior level clinicians, maintaining individual records, and providing essential support in various settings. This role requires a compassionate individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Completing initial intakes with individuals and updating company databases
- Gathering and storing private client information
- Meeting with families and assisting with researching various supports
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating appointments and managing client information
- Provide role modeling of proper direct services and offer feedback
- Working with senior clinicians on treatment plans and protocols as well as creating visual aids
- Work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support.
- Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals.
- Assist in teaching new skills and behaviors to clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements :
This is a hybrid position that will include in-person and remote work. The employee will be expected to travel to the main office (Woburn) and surrounding areas as needed.
