Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve Bridor’s goals in profitability, volume, and new product launches
- Distributor Relationships: Cultivate and grow relationships with key distributors, dedicating 40% of your time to a primary distributor and 60% to others
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts in Northern California
- Broker & Trade Spend Management: Oversee brokers, manage trade spend, and execute competitive pricing strategies
- Market Strategy: Develop annual business plans and provide market insights to drive profitable sales
- Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, sales training, and product sampling to enhance Bridor’s market presence
- Industry Events: Represent Bridor at food shows and events
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-7 years of regional sales experience, particularly in food service accounts within the Northern California territory
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in premium-quality baking products or related food service sectors is a plus
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities
- Baking Experience: Candidates with baking experience or knowledge of the baked goods industry are highly valued
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus
