Job Title : Manufacturing Production Assistant
Location : 35 Union Avenue, Bridgeport, CT
Department : Production
Reports To : Production Manager
What You’ll Do Lo Que Harás
- Develop Training Materials Crear Materiales de Capacitación : Build and organize resources to empower the production team.
- Administrative Support Soporte Administrativo : Manage documents, process orders, maintain supplies, and coordinate activities with supervisors.
- Excel Expertise Dominio de Microsoft Excel : Create and analyze spreadsheets to track key metrics and optimize production processes.
- Monitor Ingredients Monitorear Ingredientes : Track ingredient usage and movement to ensure efficient operations.
- Contribute to Special Projects Participar en Proyectos Especiales : Support improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Collaborate with Leadership Colaborar con el Equipo de Gestión : Work closely with the Production Management Team , including Production Supervisors, the Production Manager, and the Plant Operations Manager , to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your Work Schedule Tu Horario de Trabajo
Flexible shifts : Monday - Friday , 11 : 00 am 7 : 30 pm or 12 : 00 pm 8 : 30 pm .

- Education Educación :
- A college degree is highly desired
- Experience Experiencia : Administrative support in food manufacturing is a plus
- Skills Habilidades :
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Inglés y Español .
- Proficiency in Math, Reading, and Writing
- Excellent time management , communication, and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of SAP is a bonus
