Position: QC Inspector – Minitab
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and analyze quality data using Minitab
- Create control charts and visual data reports
- Accurately take measurements and record data
- Communicate product deficiencies to operators in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Discard defective or compromised products according to protocol
- Report to the line operator daily for assignments
- Support overall quality and food safety by identifying and reporting deviations
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and BRC standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Computer skills required for Minitab data entry
- Prior experience in baking or food production is a plus
- Ability to read and write in English
- Solid math skills
Working Conditions:
- Based in Vineland, NJ
- Full-time (40 hours/week with OT availability)
- Must be able to work various shifts as required
