Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer
(Part-Time Temporary position with up to 30 Hours a week and 3 Months in duration)
We are seeking a temporary Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer for up to 30 hours per week. The position is initially for up to 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. Hours may vary based on requirements but will start at up to 30 hours per week. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely one or two days per week once trained.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ADP Recruitment Module
- Schedule interviews and conduct initial screenings
- Manage social media marketing campaigns to attract candidate interest
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
- Strong interest in talent management and talent attraction
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is a plus
- Strong background in marketing, particularly with social media campaigns
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, and deadline-oriented
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail
- Reliable, outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with a variety of people
- College students, recent graduates, or part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply
Duration: Temporary, up to 3 months (up to 30 hours/week, based on business needs)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the flexibility to work remotely one or two days per week once trained
This is a temporary position offering valuable experience in sourcing and recruitment, with pay up to $22 per hour. No company benefits are included.
