General Description
This position provides clerical and medical record support for the North Adams main location of The Brien Center. Client Services assists with reception and patient scheduling. Position will require early evenings.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior reception or customer service at the key-holder or supervisory level OR 2-3 years centralized customer service experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Office management certification or course-work in related programs preferred
- Prior experience in medical record principles and practice preferred
- Bilingual preferred
