What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Account Manager with 2-20 or 4-40 License position at Briercheck Insurance Group?
This job is being created due to the growth of our company. Introductory period will be 90 days.
Insurance 2-20 License or 4-40 License required. If interested in obtaining a 4-40 License, we will pay for licensing.
This position will interact with current brokers on the team and the Owner of the company.
Must be experienced in Condo, HOA/POA, and Personal Lines Insurance.
Strong communication skills, Patience with others, Active listening skills are key to succeeding in this role.
Position includes managing current clients, inputting new and potential clients, obtaining quotes for insurance, working with insurance companies regarding quotes and renewals.
Experience in Excel, Google (slides, mail, sheets, etc.) is a bonus. EzLynx is the current software system and if no experience with the system, you will be trained.

Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Paid Vacation Days: 10 days a year with proper notice after one year of employment unless approved otherwise.
Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm* Monday-Friday
*Position may require additional hours and availability depending on work load.
