• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers on product use in applications.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical challenges, resolve complaints, and develop effective solutions.
• Gather and relay detailed technical information from customers for product matching, complaint resolution, and new product development projects.
Sales and Business Development:
• Identify areas of potential growth in product offerings and business expansion to meet customer needs and align with company goals.
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive innovation, new product development, and market expansion.
• Act as a key member of the technical team to support sales efforts, including participating in product demonstrations, customer training, and technical consultations.
Innovation and Product Development:
• Conduct food and beverage applications work in kitchen and laboratory settings, creating prototypes to support sales, marketing, and product/market development efforts.
• Identify and collaborate with external partners for product application projects, maintaining relationships and leading joint initiatives.
• Gather samples and technical data from customers to support product matching, new product development, and innovation projects.
• Contribute to the development of new products by providing technical insights and collaborating with internal R&D and technical teams.
