WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN ENTAIL?
As an Automotive Technician at Briganti's Auto Repair, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and completing repairs on a variety of vehicles. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The requirements for the position are:
- California Smog Check and Repair Technician license
- Licensed Brake and Headlamp Inspector
- Automotive repair experience
- Ability to perform emissions inspections, safety checks, and similar state-regulated vehicle examinations
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to continually learn and enhance your skillset
In addition, candidates who possess the following skills will be given preference:
- Repair of brake and steering systems repair
- Electrical and electronic systems diagnosis and repair
- Transmissions and fuel components replacement and repair
- Cooling components and systems repair, including air conditioners and engine cooling
